On all new York system installations (air conditioning, heat pump and gas furnaces), we guarantee for the first year:
System performance
Your new system will keep you comfortable, or we’ll make an unlimited number of attempts to fix the problem, up to and including replacing it with a new, comparable system absolutely free.
Quality of workmanship
We stand by our work, and ensure it will meet your satisfaction, or you don’t pay us. We’ll conduct a quality walk-through with you upon completion to demonstrate our handiwork.
Major component replacement
Should your new system experience a major component failure within the first year (including compressor, outdoor coil, reversing valve or heat exchanger), we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Your 100% satisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new comfort system within the first year, we’ll do whatever it takes to satisfy you, including replacing the system with one of comparable value or refunding 100% of your investment.
